Do what you love and people will love what you do. The creations that bring you joy are the only ones you should honor. Your purpose here on earth is to channel your unique creative power. Its the first thing we lose when we "grow up". Then its the thing we are constantly searching to reconnect with.

Your creative energy is the universe speaking through you and that you color by your own uniqueness. That is what art is, when people appreciate art they are connecting with their own universal creative source through your creation. Thats what I believe. No one can deny that all art is a celebration of existence even if its controversial or makes you think about life's hardships even this can be celebrated as part of the whole of human experience. But let me quit rambling.

## If you just starting out:

- First step is to breath, ground yourself, connect with your senses.
- Then put up structure and routine.
	- Consistency beats intensity, when you get older you realize how fast time moves and the only way to make changes is to do very small efforts everyday that change you slowly. Realize time is your most valuable asset. So routine makes this effortless.
- Then commit to this routine for a year. After 3 months you will notice deep changes, after 6 months you will look at your past self as completely different, after a year you will be a force to be reckoned with, you will not recognize your older self, you will be on a complete different path, your own path.

It doesnt require a lot of effort in fact just consistency.

## Build

Everyday spend some time building/ making/ creating something. You could even draw a face on a piece of paper, you could even make a little lego city, honor your creative power once a day.

## Move

Then spend time moving your body. Your body is a creation of astounding beauty and complexity, it was made for movement, stretching, compressing. So allow it, to serve its purpose. Again this is nothing more than a 30 minute time slot for walking, squatting, a couple push ups is all it takes.

These are movements your body was made for. Our hunter gatherer ancestors used to out run their prey over days, until the prey would literally collapse out of exhaustion. The human physique was made for long duration movements all while spending very little energy.

## Connect

Spending time connecting with another human is also a timeless practice for us. Its been proven study after study that we are social creatures, we need to be heard, felt and understood by our fellow humans.
